1. Eligibility
To create an account with 877x and use the platform's services, the user must meet all the requirements listed below. 877x reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet them.
1.1 Minimum Age
Access to the 877x platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. This requirement is non-negotiable and stems from both Brazilian law and international best practices for the protection of minors. 877x performs identity verification on all users before their first withdrawal and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm age. Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 will be immediately blocked and all deposits will be returned in full.
1.2 Residence and Location
877x operates with a focus on the Brazilian market. By registering, the user confirms they are using the platform in compliance with the laws applicable to their location. 877x is not responsible for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited.
1.3 Legal Capacity

2. Registration and User Account

3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed exclusively through the same method used for the deposit (return-to-source principle) and only to the account held by the registered 877x user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 1 hour after the request is submitted. Withdrawals above R$ 500,000.00 are subject to an additional verification process of up to 72 hours for regulatory compliance purposes.
3.3 Unused Funds
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee as described in the inactive accounts policy available in the user dashboard. Balances are never forfeited without prior notice and remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation.

Cancelled events not rescheduled within 48 hours will have bets voided and the stakes returned to the user's balance.
4.3 Odds Errors
877x uses automated odds pricing systems. In the event of a manifest error — such as an odds value significantly above market due to a technical fault — 877x reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds and return the staked amount to the user's balance. 4.4 Cash Out
The cash out feature lets users settle a bet before the final result, receiving the value calculated by the system at the time of closure. The cash out amount may be higher or lower than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Cash out may not be available for all markets or at all times.
